Both a culinary and cultural experience Emilio's was the first Restaurant that Emilio Gervilla owned and was opened in 1988. Serving authentic European Spanish Tapas Emilio's was an instant success, and it was named one of Chicago's Ten Best New Restaurants by the prestigious Chicago Magazine; a host of awards followed.
