Great atmosphere with steaks and prime rib second to none!

We were very displeased with our experience. Our waitress only came to the table three times. She brought our drinks, our salads, and our food. I had ordered my steak medium. I cut into it, and it was medium well. I opted not to send it back beacause I hadn't seen our waitress, but decided to eat it. About a fourth of the way through the steak, it changed from medium well to well done (like sawdust). I stopped eating and waited for the waitress to come by and check on us. She never did. I flagged down another waitress and asked if she would let our waitress know that we needed her. Our waitress comes over and said, "What do you want?" The waitress we flagged down sent an appalled look at our waitress. I explained about the steak and she took the plate away. She didn't offer to have them cook another one. Instead, she brought the bill. At this point, I went to speak with the owner. She proceeded to lecture me and seemed very offended that I was unhappy with the waitress and food. I explained that I did not want anything taken off my bill. I just wanted to let her know that the waitress was unfriendly and not very attentive & that my steak was also cooked incorrectly. She cut me off and said that it was "too deep" now. The owner herself was VERY RUDE. I never raised my voice or was disrespectful towards her or the waitress. She leaned over me and lectured me in a cold, angry voice. I really got the impression from her that I should not have been displeased. I was never offered an apology. Her solution was "don't leave a tip." The manner in which I was treated by the owner is the main reason that I will not be returning. I don't know how they manage to stay in business with such unprofessional people working there. Basically, I paid $24 for a fourth of a steak. I believe that the waitress must have learned from the owner about manners. I can honestly say that I have never been treated so rudely at an eating establishment. I should have known better than to eat at a place that has SEVERAL grammatical errors on its website.
