Our philosophy is to offer authentic regional Mexican food, prepared daily from the finest quality fresh ingredients, and to serve it promptly at affordable prices. No lard is used in the preparation of any entrée on our menu. Our salsas and aquas frescas are prepared daily, using fully ripened fruit and fresh vegetables. The restaurant itself, like the menu, reflects the managements philosophy; clean and interesting environment.

Went to the Southern Kitchen for breakfast on a Sunday Morning. Food was served in good time, the problem was that the food was not very hot. It kind of turns you off when it isn't hot. Haven't been back since.
