Being from the West, and now living in Kingsport TN, we have been VERY hungry for some good Mexican food. There is NONE in Kingsport, or Johnson City, and we had given up. However, we found out about El Patio, so decided to try one more time. Wow! We were amazed at just how good the food was! It wasn't the "Americanized-to-the-point-of-nonrecognition" food that we had eaten previously. This food had flavor and seasoning! Even though this restaurant is a good 35 miles from our house, we are sure to return again and again!
