a diner from Vancouver, Wa.
Located at Grand Blvd and Mill Plain, El Delfin will surprise your taste buds with their unique Mexican Seafood specialties. Located in an older building, it is roomy inside and features large screen TV's showing the Spanish channel, like others. But the food is their greatest asset. Unlike others, they feature unique shrimp dishes of their own design that will bring your taste buds alive. A bit out of the way but well worth a visit.
