I was encouraged by a group of Interior Department students to visit this plain little bar in a tiny nondescript backwater 30 miles west of Billings, Montana. I was astounded to enjoy a ribeye steak that would rank with the best I've had in 67 years. Price: like the city, $18.95 for about 12 ounces done exactly as requested. Service: OK, but it ain't Paris. Ambiance: Nada!
