Chino Valley Restaurant Guide

Originally founded in 1958 by Mr. and Mrs. Robert M. Campbell, two young kids that loved life and fell in love with the beautiful green valley of Chino. The two of the began following a dream of theirs and began buying as many acres as they could. Robert always wanted a pond to fish from and help irrigate. Mary allowed him to build a small bait n' tackle shop that also served beer. Before you knew it, customers were able to drop a line, pull in catfish, throw it on the grill, and pop an ice cold beer. The bar instantly because known as "The Fishing Hole". It became a huge hit in the community and, even today, many of those first customers still remember fishing here as little children. As years passed by, "The Fishing Hole" changed hands multiple times, and the pond was filled now and then. It was then the spring of 1997 when a beautiful Irish woman named Doreen found herself in the same beautiful green valley. She was a smart business woman and saw the need to expand the bar into a small manageable grill to serve the rapidly growing population. She went with an Irish theme serving fat burgers and steaks to the hearty local ranch population. Now named "Doreen's", the small community embraced the establishment. After several years, Doreen left the thriving business to the Maize family from California. They are a "Brewing" family with seven breweries under their belt.
