Don't waste your time. The owners are not interested in the customer & will try to charge you for food you don't like, don't eat & send back. This is what happened to me & I was charged full price. It was not a positive conversation when I went to the cashier who then in turn brought the owner into the mix. The owner accused me of eating 3/4 of the club sandwich which is wrong. I was willing to pay for what I ate (soup & fries) but not for the entire meal.
Anyway, if you are at all inclined to return a meal that does not appeal to you once you've ordered it - customer beware! You have just boarded the bus to weirdville, first class at Dino's in Bloomingdale.
Go somewhere else where the owners appreciate patrons.
