A diner from Santa Barbara, CA

How I wish I lived in the dreamy, two-week - "I will have fun on my Maui trip or else" demeanor. Instead I have to endure living with the everyday knowledge that there is a completely perfect location of a restaurant with tragically inadequate customer service. I highly recommend you avoid Cooler's unless management steps in and raises their game. I'm crossing my fingers but so far, the culture of ineptitude here on Maui is pretty evident. C U S T O M E R S E R V I C E. Everyone should learn how to practice it in their every day lives. The payback is awesome.
