Sat down in booth, waited about 20 minutes and not one person said hello or can I get you a menu. When i usually sit in a booth at a restaurant a server will aproach me with a menu smile and a what can I get for you. Finally I aproach the manager and tell him about my 20 min wait, and he responds well you sat there on your own and simply walked away no sorry, no here is a menu. The manager left me sanding and talking. How rude!! I just walked out. Im an atractive friendly clean person so could not explain his actions. Called to speak to another manager, however the same manager answered and when I asked him to speak to another manager he put the phone aside without telling me to hold on. I can was able to hear them still talking and then he told another person to hang up the phone. Worst service ever in my life!!! I will never go to this Dennys ever again. This manager on feb. 9 2013 at 10:00 should be fired, no excuse for this treatment.
