i visited dels grill in the summer of 2006 and my experience was a good one. the employees were very nice and friendly. i grew up with the owner; joe del sordo in the early sixties. the last i had seen him was over 40 years ago. i went to his resaurant on the boardwalk hoping that he would've been there but he wasn't. my loss. i used to know him when his family owned a restaurant on the kings highway in audubon, new jersey. we were friends back then but my family moved to alaska and even though i've been back to new jersey several times i am still now living in fairbanks, alaska. in his restaurant are pictures of his family and the old restaurant from back in the 60's hanging on the walls throughout. very nice. i hope this business always does well and maybe the next time i'm in new jersey i'll visit dels grill again. take care, joe del sordo.....bill earnest
