DID carry out delivery to National harbor. The food was greasy and oily. Average at best. The fried chicken needed to be cooked about five more minutes. All in all Below average. Value for your buck was ok
I have been going to this fast food restaurant for over a year and last night was actually the first time I encountered bad customer service. I ordered honey bbq wings and a side of fries. When I received the my meal, I asked the lady who was serving me for my complimentary serving of blue cheese. She replied that I would have to pay 25 cents. I tried to explain that I ordered honey bbq wings and I usually get a side blue cheese included with the wings, but she continued to point to a sign that blue cheese and ranch dressing are 25 cents. Again, I explained that honey bbq wings included a side of dressing with the meal. My server began to ignore me and decided to answer the telephone instead of finishing the conversation about my meal that I paid my money for. Eventually, a gentleman came to the window and explained to me that I did not get blue cheese included with my meal. Personally, I cannot understand how I can pay my hard earned money for a meal and not get the standard complimentary side condiments that are normally included with the meal purchase. All I have to say is that Danny's will no be getting my business again. I expect good customer service when I monetary support an establishment and it's not about the price, its the principle of good customer service.

Danny's has an excellent array of chinese cuisine. The Egg foo yong is excellent and the pork dumplings are by far the best and I've lived all over the world.

Not in the mood for cooking one night In August my family and I ordered from Danny's Carry-Out(delivery). My husband ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice, my kids ordered Wings and Fries and I ordered the Shrimp Lo Mein. All the food was decent but the Lo Mein was awful. There was not one shrimp in the entire box!!. When I call to complain the woman answering the phone acted as if she couldn't understand a thing I was saying but the minuit I told her a wanted a refund (just for the Lo Mein) she called my a Liar! My entire family (in the Oxon Hill area) have boycotted this resturant as the employees treat is costumers with disrespect. I understand the frustration a person feels when they are disrepected (as I'm sure employees in Danny's Carry-Out are) but I don't understand disrespecting people who don't disrespect you!. Needles to say my entire night was ruined!
