Under new ownership. HORRIBLE and expensive! Waitstaff (right now) is good and trying to make the best of it, but the good ones probably won't be there long. It's hard to work for owners you don't respect. They don't ask drunk, beligerent people to leave, but the do the law-abiding locals that try to complain to management!
