Crackers

As a visitor to Virginia Beach, I was appalled by the service at this restaurant. While placing my order, I informed the waitress that I would be using a coupon displayed on my iphone. Because the waitress was unsure of how to honor a coupon without the printout, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager stomped over to my table, and speaking loudly and rudely, told me he would not accept the coupon. When I tried to politely explain that there was a phone number on the coupon that the restaurant could use to validate my coupon confirmation number, the manager cut me off, gestured to the door and told me he couldn't help me. Once again, I calmly tried to explain that I had been looking forward to dining at this restaurant during my vacation and hoped we could work together to figure this situation out. He said he would call the restaurant owner--5 minutes later he returned & again rudely told me he would nto assist. I asked him if he could call the validation number and told him that the coupon did not state that it must be printed. Instead of trying to help me, he raised his voice and essentially asked me to leave. I have never been this offended & would not recommend anyone patronize a restaurant with such horrible customer service.
