The Country Catfish Restaurant is the best kept secret in Kokomo. One taste of these mild farm-raised catfish fillets and you will agree, they are the best you have ever tasted. The catfish is very good and the bean soup is a must. There are lots of extras that really make your meal special, try the fried okra, onion rings or fried dill pickles. There are many items on the menu besides catfish; the prime rib is so tender it melts in your mouth. It is slow roasted for that great prime taste and then grilled. The Country Catfish also has many seafood catches, the seafood trio with catfish, clams and popcorn is a very popular.     I have lived in multiple places from the west coast to the east coast as well as traveled through Europe and I have never found pizza or stromboli's as good as Gabe's. Definitely my favorite of all.
