This is a Carl's Jr type restaurant where you place your order at the counter and take a number. The 18% gratuity completely undid the benefit of buying a discount $10 certificate--it actually cost us about $1 than if we didn't have a certificate because I would never have tipped $6 at a place like this--maybe a buck if they do a good job....then again, I never tip at Carl's Jr and they don't expect tip. This place needs to figure out a better way to drive traffic. We may go back but there is no compelling reason to.
