a diner from East Lansing
This used to be THEE place to dine in the Lansing area a few years back but now it has completely gone downhill. Entree's were over $20 and were cold and tasteless. Salads were wilted and the bread was stale. Service was very slow and the waiter never came back after the meal was served; only to drop off the check 15 minutes later. Beer and wine were too expensive. No one even thanked us on the wayout they just stood there laughing and talking about how they hated working there on Friday nights (no joke).
We used to have to book our reservations way in advance to dine here but now you can walk in on a Friday night and sit right down. It's easy to see why...

I think people in Lansing have never had decent food before so their willing to put up with horrible service, sub par food & pricing. The food @ golden harvest is very good for lansing, this would be regular diner food done the way its supposed to be
