This restaurant always meets or exceeds my expectations, making it my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. The buffet is so varied and delicious that it's unbelievable. The staff are as integral to the successful dining experience as the food. Time and time again I think I'll try a different restaurant only to stick with the tried and true China Lobster. It promises not to disappoint.
