While its true that I have yet to see this place swarming with customers, it does not necessarily follow that the food is not good. There are many possible reasons for this; bad service, high prices, cheezy or unappetizing atmosphere, or even the provincial attitude of the locals. In fact, I have yet to eat in a restaurant in Springville that is crowded. I happened upon this little place looking for a meal that didn't include red meat or dairy products Hence, hamburgers or Mexican food was not an option, though there are plenty of such in Springville, giving weight to the theory of provincialism for the scarce occupancy. I've had 4 meals there, so far., albeit, mostly shrimp and vegetable chow mien dishes. The service is not as openly friendly as one might hope for. The decor is typical China kitsch. But the food and prices are decent. If all you are interested in is a good chinese dish, this is not a bad place to find it.
