Burger is pretty good, fries are terrible and the service... what service? There isn't any unless you call taking your money service. I'll stop by and get a burger to go sometime but I won't take anyone in there.

Worst Service ever, people are so unhappy and often rude, I met the owner Brent Miles and he seemed to be out of it as if he were on somthing and a complete jerk. I have had better service at Sonic.

Bravos catered our Cowboy football watch party and if was OVER THE TOP! Excellent food. We had the best of both worlds a breakfast bar and taco bar. We reccomend them for great Tex Mex.

Well my husband and I come to Charlies in Mansfield off Debbie Lane all the time. Yes, the people working there are a little rude at times and I never see them smile. They never tell us thanks or to come back either. We visit Charlies or get Charlies to-go at least 3-5 times a month. When we go in their for lunch and the owner is there he always greets us and talks to us and asks how we are doing. He is a very nice gentlemen. WE always have great food when we come in there when there is a certain guy in the back cooking it. We have tried a bunch of things on the menu BUT I always get the grilled chicken w/ bacon and swiss and my husband gets either the hamburger or the grilled cajun chicken and it is always hot and fresh and very fulfilling. The fries are sometimes not as good but overall we enjoy our food and thats why we come back. The price is a little high but we dont mind paying for something that is just so good to us. If the employees are unhappy with there job then they just need to leave. In a matter of fact we are about to go pick up Charlies this evening because we perfer Charlies over Chapps.

We do like the hamburgers and I appreciate the ambiance of wanting a "hometown" feel. What I don't understand is the service. No smile, no attempt at being friendly, and nothing that says we should put a tip in the tip jar. The food is better, but the emloyees look like they are in a deep depression every time we have dined there. I've had better service at McDonalds. That tip jar would be a lot fuller if you even made an attempt to fake that you care.

Ever since I moved here from California I've been looking for a turkey burger to rival the ones I had in L.A. from Fat Burger and Mo Meaty Burger. Charlie's turkey burgers are the TRUTH and can hold thier own with either of the Cali burgers! The service was fine to me. I read the reviews and felt compelled to put my humble 2 cents in. I don't know what people expect from a burger joint, but the only problem I've ever had at Charlie's was a fan dropping from the ceiling one night with a loud crash. Fortunately, no one was near it and it actually made for an interesting interesting story since it's the only time I've witnessed anything like that. The bottom line is, if you are looking for a great burger at a place where the staff will let you eat in peace, yet are readily available to service your needs, Charlie's on Broad St. is worth checking out. And if you're from somewhere else and miss Fat Burger and great turkey burgers, then you need to check out Charlie's!

The customer service sucks. I hope the owner reads this. You need to have a meeting with your employees or better yet fire them all. Hire new ones and emphasize customer service. I won't be back.

Seven of us visited the new Charlie's restaurant on Broad St. this evening. I told an employee that my husband and I were waiting on more family members to come. She told me that I could put some tables together. (I would have expected her to do that for us, but she didn't.) I asked her what she liked to eat there, and she said she didn't, because she didn't like greasy food. It was hot in the restuarant. The help had the back kitchen door open. My son and grandson visited the men's restroom and said it was dirty. The kitchen floor was not clean and there were M&M's on the floor. The aforemention employee and another employee were sitting at a booth together when we left and never said thanks or come back. We probably won't!
