a diner from Claremont, Ca
This restaurant may be kid friendly, since I saw a few kids coloring on the white table-papers, but I definitely would consider this the type of place you take your girlfriends or have a romantic dinner. This is definitely not a chain, and that's what I love about it. The house wine was great, and it's only about five dollars a glass. The food is not cheap, again another reason not to take the kids, but it's not "Hollywood" expensive, plus the dishes are great. If you go often I'd recommend the salads because, well they're not pasta. Overall, I'd say great. Some servers are better than others, but what do you do. Oh, and the patio is great, it has plants and you can barely notice you're in a strip mall.
