About Chanon Thai Cafe

Eating Thai Meal, a visit to a Thai house for dinner begins with the warm welcome that is the hallmark of Thai hospitality. The host will likely offer some refreshing cool water as a prelude to a session of light-hearted conversation- Thai people enjoy telling jokes and teasing each other so that talk, not food, may occupy much of the early part of the visit. But then comes the time to enjoy a meal together. Traditionally all of the dishes are served at the same time, dinner at the table everyone has own plate with rice then serve themselves only one or two mouthfuls of a dish at a time, allowing everyone to share every dish on the table. How to eat? Every dish of food on the table has serving spoon for porting the food and on every own plate the custom today is to actually eat with a dessert-size spoon, using the fork mainly to move food around on the plate and chopsticks only when Chinese-type noodles are included. Ideally, a Thai meal not only offers a combination of flavors: sweet, hot, sour, and salty but also it is a healthy food.

Chanon Thai Café's staff would like you to enjoy and have some knowledge about the Thai food. First impress you with a warm welcome, good healthy authentic Thai food, and friendly service. All of these are the same feeling that Thai people would like you to have when you are in Thailand. We do not need you to be in American-Thai but we would like you to enjoy Thailand by authentic Thai food.

    My wife and I had been wanting to try Sawadee for months, and we finally had the chance the other night. Incredible!!!!! We have been to many Thai restaurants, and this is our new favorite by a long shot. Enjoy!
