I wanted a good Italian place to eat for my birthday. My wife took me to Cecil's. What a big mistake that was. We got there about 7:00 PM the waitress came and took our drink order and we placed our orders. We got our appertizers and salads within 20 mins. At this time I though this is pretty good, but would I found out that I was wrong. Come 8:00 PM we have not recieved our food. The waitress said it would be only a few more mins. We set there with our drinks empty. And finally at 8:30 we got our food. We had to get them to box it up so we could take it to go because we had to go get our daughter. We got the check and their appertizers was supposed to be buy one get one free and they charged us for both of them. I spoked to the manager and told her how not pleased I was with Cecil's and she offered to give me a gift cirtificate for the over charged appertizer. I declined and said I would NEVER be back. This is the worst experience I have ever had. If you are wanting Italian you will be better off to go to Wal-Mart and buying a box meal and heating it up in the microwave. Just to add this place only seats maybe 25 people.

The food was delicious. The chicken wings are the biggest at the beach. Their French fries are wonderful. We loved our pizza too

We have eaten at this restaurant several times in the past few years and have always found it to be one of the nicest around. In fact we are planning a trip there right now with some friends.
