This great sub shop was around even when I was growing up in Andrews - I have never forgotten what amazing sandwiches they make! In High School, we would see how quickly we could leave campus to be able to make it to Cassidy's and back to school in time. I will be visiting TX soon and am planning to make a stop in Andrews to get a sandwich at Cassidy's.
