I would have to say, that the sommelier was wonderful in choosing wines that went so well with the food. The Chilean sea bass was excellent. Great overall experience.

The atmosphere was really nice, the ocean view and the well trained staff were superb. I was surprised by the wine selection and the knowledge of the staff. Our waiter was like having our own sommelier for each course of food served with wonderful wine. The food was delicious and served hot. We're going back for sure!

The Carolinian Restaurant was one of the best meals I had during my stay on the Outer Banks. The ghostly staff and lost memories were more then I could take. The Filet Mignon was served perfectly and the staff was excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, and the view of the ocean was like eating at the Grove Park Inn, but I a nicer view!
