I absolutely love Carlos O'kelly's the food is awesome the servers are friendly and best of all the portions are huge. I generally get the enchilada de Monterey. Carlos O'kelly's is very kid friendly every Tuesday they have kids night where kids meals are all half price, and they have a balloon lady walking around who can make anything you could think of out of balloons. the prices are very reasonable there isnt a single item on the menu over $14 and youd have to be a bottomless pit to finish one of their meals in one sitting. the one problem with carlos O'kellys is that sometimes it gets a little messy underneath tables, however this is only when its very busy and there is not time to clean it up immediately before another group of people sit at the table. when it is slow everything is normally very clean.
