Carliles Restaurant is one of the few tradition restaurants in Scottsboro. It is not open on Mondays or Sunday nights. Every day that it is open, there is some sort of special. An example would be on Friday and Saturday night there is an all you can eat chicken, pork or boiled shrimp special. All severed with a choice of rice or potato. The specials come with the salad bar. the bar is extra if you order of the menu but most menu items home with a house salad.

Constance at times is hard to maintain. Most time the food is cooked just right but therer have been times when the chicken was cook to shoe leather or a steak came out well when ordered rare. Most times, the food is good.

Sunday afternoon there is a buffet that has three or four meats (pot roast and southern fried chicken is always there) five vetgatables (Home fries, fried ocra and a seasonal vetgatable is normally on the buffet). this also includes the Salad bar.

The Salad bar is still the best in town as far as I see it. The letuce taste like fresh lettuce and not pre-cut up bagged greens as other salad bars do.

Ate here in March with our favorite Aunt, while we were visiting from Michigan. The Blacked Shrimp was excellent, and the coconut cake was to die for. Best cake I have ever tasted.

I grew up eating Lek's BBQ, as it was called by the locals! Lek Carver was the best BBQ maker, ever! His recipe and wonderful BBQ tradition has carried on for two more generations! And, it's still the most delicious BBQ anywhere! And... I've eaten lo ...

The food was horrible. The more I think about the way we were treated and served the more upset I become! The fried fish was horrible, the hushpuppies mushy and the french fries greasy. We requested to sit at a normal table but was told we couldn' ...

Loved this place. The decor is beautiful and the food is top notch. Plus it is still a smoking establishment!

The food is fantastic-absolutely one of the best pizzas I've eaten. Good balance between bar and restaurant. We visited 3 times in one week. First 2 dining experiences was great, but the last time we had the exact same waitress as the times before ...
