Peng CaiE (CaiE George) was born and raised in Guangzhou, China where she learned the "art of cooking" authentic Cantonese food and the "skill of painting" traditional Oriental scenes. CaiE's Oriental Cafe reflects the great culture of CaiE's hometown in a relaxed Cantonese style atmosphere.
Eat CaiE's delicious dim sum which is handmade daily by a "dim sum master" from Guangzhou at CaiE's commissary in Sparks. Experience the authentic Oriental flavor of her sauces, soups, and dishes that are cooked and prepared by experienced Oriental chefs. I visited Clary's today with a $25 gift certificate. I was told they no longer honor those even though the certificate says it never expires. I was there on June 23rd & the certificate was printed on May 28th!!!!!!
