Boardman Restaurant Guide

The food here is great! It is a little price but its a little more upscale so what do you expect..The 2 reviews before mine serve no reality. I really doubt they waited over an hour and a half, and if you did, doesnt that show its popular? I love the food here, all the dishes are very good that i have had as well as all my other friends dishes.

Don't eat here unless you want chicken. The pasta is lousy, the steaks are not very flavorful and price is outrageous for what you get. There are several places in town that have much better food for the price-point that this joint is at.

My husband and I went to Cafe Capri on a friend's recommendation. Beautiful place! We were told it would be 1 hr to 1 hr 15 min wait. (they only accept reservations for large groups) We sat at the bar and had several cocktails while we waited. After 1 hour, mu husband checked at the desk and was told we would be seated very soon. He checked in another 15 minutes and was told there were only a few people ahead of us. We waited 1 hour and 40 minutes. In the last 10 minutes of our wait, we saw 2 groups who were friends/family of the owners come in and greet the daughter, who seated them immediately after they told her the "kids were hungry and needed to eat". Three other couples/groups of 4 that came in long after us were also seated. I went to the desk and told the hostess that we had waited 1 hour and 40 minutes and could wait no more. She said "oh, ok. There are only 1 or 2 ahead of you now." No apology...nothing! We left without dinner and very upset! We will never go to Cafe Capri again! We will tell friends/family about the NEGATIVE experience we had there!
