About Cafe del Sol
We continue to provide our customers with only the finest meats and freshest vegetables, delivered straight from our own local farmer's market, making their way into our kitchen. Once there, they are cooked in pure vegetable oil to bring out the true flavors of authentic Mexican style cooking. Our extensive menu offers a wide selection of dishes ranging from traditional to modern recipes, appealing to all tastes. Diners can request entrees made vegetarian-style or with any of our fresh meats.

I had Easter Brunch here yesterday and it was fabulous. The staff is extremely accomodating. The buffet had a lot to choose from, everything was hot and tasted great! Bravo!

Very small intimate restaurant located in the lobby of The Inn at Cherry Creek. The food was exceptional. Excellently seasoned and prepared. The vegtables were perfectly cooked. Well worth a visit.
