I had the opportunity to dine at C.J. Callaway's Dining Room last Friday night. It was a great experience! Everyone was very friendly-the hostess, server and bartender. We were told that the new menu was recently introduced. It features great steaks that are cooked at a high temperature to sear in the juices and flavors. Our server was very knowlegeable about this subject. We did decide to try the 8oz filet, with the optional oscar topping, and also the regular cut Prime Rib. Both items were prepared exactly how we ordered them. We would have to say that both the filet and the prime rib had the best flavor we had ever tasted!
