BK gone BAD in WAKE FOREST
I have never had worse food. They microwaved my whooper, gross, the fries were un cooked and soaked with oil. They made a new whooper after I complained, it was worse than the first. The bread was stale and the veggies were soggy. The food turned my stomach, I threw it away and left. The food at this place is disgusting, probably un-safe to eat. The Health Department needs to pay this place a visit and they would probably shut it down, they are selling day old left over lunch food at best, microwaved burgers? What happened to flame broiled? They weren't evening running the grill. When did they acrually cook the meat and where is stored after being cooked for how long at what temp? Again disguting, the health Deaprtment should shut this one down before they make others sick.

I went to burger king after working out on Sunday April 19th 2009. I arrived about 7 pm. I ordered off the value menu 2 spicy chicken crisp sandwiches Plain and a small coke with no ice. I get my order and I ask for barbecue sauce. the girl who took my order said they are 15 cents extra. I asked when did they start doing that? she said since last week. I said never mind so I went and got some ketchup. and filled my drink at the drink counter. I go and find a table to sit down at and I sit down to eat my meal. I find that the chicken sandwiches are not plain. but they have mayo and lettuce and other stuff on them. I took them back up to the counter and explained that I am allergic to mayo. and I told the order person politely that is why I ordered them plain. She got all snotty with me, and said " You did not say you wanted them plain" I said OH YES I DID. She said " FINE " in a snotty attitude. I said ya know what just refund my money I'm going else where. I don't need this kind of treatment as a paying customer. She was very rude and had a nasty attitude and was not wearing a proper burger king uniform and no name tag. and No hat or hair net to keep her hair from getting in the food. and she had long hair that was going every which way. That type of rudeness is uncalled for.

there is a manager named norma who is very ignorant disrespectful and rude.........as long as i have been eating at this kfc i have never heard any employee speak to other employees the way she did .......i will contact

I placed a $300.00 order to be delivered and was told that it would be an $90.00 extra to deliver the order. The office I work in is 4.2 miles (straight shot) from Chick-Fil-A. Very disappointed. This will be the last

Every time we go through the drive throught they get our order wrong and have to recharge our card at least twice. Good value but poor service.

If you go through the drive through be prepared to wait FOREVER!!! They will tell you to pull forward and it will take a good 15 minutes.
