A diner from Stroudsburg
Jan 13, 2010
There are two employees of this establishment. One named Jennifer Walker, the other identified her first name as "Tiffany" and, would not supply her last name.
Evidently both of these workers/managers of this particular Burger King, which is owned and operated by Mr. John Barto, president of Jade Management, Inc. based in Northampton, PA, seem to feel a sense of entitelement to their respective roles regarding customer satisfaction and appreciation.
At least that is the feeling everytime someone asks for their food to be "fresh" and "hot off the grill". It appears the slogan of "have it your way" in this particular establishment and, more particularily directed at these two individuals, doesn't pertain to this franchise.
It appears to be a "problem" when asked if you can "have it your way" and, the conduct and professionalism that both of these individuals displayed towards myself and my wife were below par, with an attitude and uncourteous, to say the least.
In fact, the events that occured were so insulting, "Tiffany" (identifying herself as the manager) actually said "I don't have to tell you my last name" when trying to ask why there was such a tone in her voice, only to HANG THE PHONE UP, without giving me a chance to speak.
The only thing I can say about this incident, is that we have decided as a family not to be good patrons of this franchise any longer. Even after a formal complaint with corporate Burger King offices down in FL have been initiated, the owner/operator (John Barto) being directly contacted as well as Joseph Cerulli (District Manager) not returning or contacting our home about this issue, it appears the "entitelement" seems rampant throughout the chain all the way up to the Regional Manger himself.
SHAME ON YOU ALL...! This time we'll have it our way, you probably should have chosen different careers.
