My experience with Burger Delite on St. Barnabas Road in Temple Hills, MD in the past has always been average. My husband and I being in the food business ourselves find your breakfast sandwiches enjoyable. However, on January 9, 2008 at 10:45 am the customer service experience was horrific. The cashier was very impolite while using profanity directed towards me due to a overcharge mistake she made on my order.
Again, being in the food business myself and having to deal with customers. I found her behavior towards me as a austomer was absolutely unprofessional and quite shocking. She found it to not be a problem in using such language in front of customers even when she proceeded to call in the back for an employee to come out and assist with the forming long line.
Your breakfast sandwiches are enjoyable but not your staff. Management may want to look into hiring staff that wants to work and have customer service skills.
