South Norwalk Restaurant Guide

The menu consists of fresh, organic, all natural ingredients, prepared with great care. BBB's signature burger options share the stage with a collection of comfort foods and daily specials that Nick creates from his repertoire of cuisines he has mastered over the years. Prior to BBB, Nick ran the same location as Tenero, an Italian trattoria. Though the restaurant was a success, Nick was looking to do something more fun, and more accessible to a wider audience. With a long history in SoNo, Nick created BBB, filling what he saw to be a in the area's offerings.

Menu highlights run the gamut from bold and spicy chicken wings and tiki nachos, to "disco" fries with brie cheese and truffle oil. Mini burgers beg for onion rings, and a Kobe beef burger is just the thing with pancetta and blue cheese. Thin crust pizzas are dressed up to one's liking, as are the "AAAmazing" burgers and all-beef or turkey dogs. Large salads with lots of "good stuff" in them and overstuffed sandwiches also make the grade. Desserts are by Nick's pal Fritz at nearby Chocopologie. Beverages abound, and include over quality wine selections; eclectic beers, creative cocktails ("cow tippers"), and we mustn't forget the milk shakes and floats - both traditional and "adult" versions.

It's summer, and once again, Burger Bar & Bistro is open! The patio seats 60 and the restaurant has recently doubled in size - so, there's room for all.
