Buono Bistro

I visited this restaurant on 8/25/11. Ambiance was nice! We arrived just prior to 6pm with a party of 4. Behind us, a group of approx 20 to 25 folowed. And within 15 more minutes, other tables began to fill. I would say, the place was 65 percent full. Well, at 8:35 we walked out without eating. The Big party that ordered after us, was being served. After several inquiries of our food order, our great waitress was embarrassed to say our food was not up. We did eventually get apps, although the wrong order, about an hour after we ordered. We ordered a $88 bottle of wine. One of our party didn't enjoy it as they ran out iof wine glasses. Are you kidding me. The head waiter, armando, did bring an anesette glass for the wine!!!! What? We asked for water and bread! Nothing! Finally at 8:30, and no meals, we left. AND, the check was for everything! Yes, even the meals we waited for 2 plus hours for and never got. We gave the waitress a $50 dollar cash tip and left! Not her fault!! The manager/owner wouldn't show his face, but get this. The head waiter, armando, followed us out and called us rude! Again, what? Almost 3 hours for food we never received, then cahrged
us for it, serve a party of 25ish first that ordered after us, no wine glasses, bread and wrong apps! We were rude? I entertain in business a lot! Some great experiences, and some so so. Trust me, I never in 30 years, have ever walked out of an establishment no matter what the case. Things happen! Understood! But, almost 3 hours and our food wasn't even being cooked. And the head waiter calling us rude! Un-exeptable! Fyi, the wendys double stacker wasn't bad on the way home. Give the place a shot if you wish! I won't ever go back! Hells kithchen!
