Please do not waste your time or money. Management is horrible especially the female owner. I live in mentor and have a huge family that none of us will ever go back. Please sell to someone who knows how to run a business

Went to Bumpers last night to try the wings. Our first time in the bar. The waitress was holding the door open, but did not acknowledge us with even a look. We sat at a table, half of the tables were empty, and waited for a waitress. No one came. We ordered beer ourselves at the bar, went back to the table and continued to wait. After others were seated, and waited upon, and SERVED, we were still not even acknowledged. After 30 minutes, still no service, we left, and won't be back.

This place is a hole in the ground. The beers are TWICE as expensive as this DIVE BAR should charge. The service SUCKS. Oh and do not go there at all if you are male, wear glasses and have long hair, the bouncer will tell you you're "Too dorky looking" to be allowed in. Ive been going there for 10 years, but NEVER again. The only thing OK about this place is the karaoke, but even THAT is shoddy (expect a little personal home system with music WITHOUT the vocals removed.) Id rather go down the street to the Shamrock where the beers are reasonably priced, the service is fast and friendly, and the bouncer does not judge you based on your looks. AVOID this place at ALL COSTS.

Go there if you want a dirty environment, semi-intelligent service, greasy menu items, and oh yeah, a credit card minimum.

The only thing i have to say is they have a minumum on their credit cards. Which is illegal according to visa and mastercard web sites.
