Tried to go to another steak house in town that was booked. One of the staff said we should try the "Rose" and he was sure we would enjoy it. This was one of the best steaks we had on our Big Bend, Texas road trip. The steaks were some of the best we have had. We both recommend this one, stop in if your in the area, you'll love it.
