Having patronized the old Buddies many times, we was curious to see its new life. We had breakfast on Labor Day. Food was good and a good value. Service was a bit slow in the bginning, but become more attentive as time passed. Being tea drinkers, we appreciate the free refills.
Major negative is the acoustics. Although less than half full, the noise level was very high. At a table for two next to the graphic wall, we had difficult talking to each other. Suggest addition of sound-absorbing tiles on the ceiling.
