From appetizers to dinners, everything on the menu is excellent. Forget the Steak 'n Lube, BCI has the best wings around, especially if you mix any two of the flavors; my recommendation is Hot and Garlic. The Brush Creek Cheeseburger is also a favorite, with Brush Creek Cheese sauce. Daily specials provide additional variety outside the menu. The Inn's long history is on display, with paintings and photos covering the walls that give the ‘Creek’ a great feel a long way from the corporate experience. The staff is always courteous and friendly, whether you’re a regular or not. The bar is well stocked with a good wine list and an excellent variety of beer, both bottled and on tap. Brush Creek always comes through, whether for a friendly get-together or a good meal.
