My husband and I recently traveled to the Greeley/Loveland area on vacation after not being in the area for 5 years. We had lived in Greeley in the late 1970's and early 1980's and Bruce's was a regular dining spot of ours for Rocky Mountain Oysters as well as every time we ventured back to the area. On May 5, 2009, we stopped in there for lunch and was not disappointed. With the new owners, they have maintained the same recipe and the food was just as delicious now as 30 years ago. The remodeling of the establishment was an added bonus. Can't wait for our next trip to Colorado.
