What happened to this place? The Bridgeway has been out "must go to" for years when visiting family for the holidays. This year we looked forward to our visit - good food, cold beer, prompt service (being remembered from previous years by our waitress who knows our preferences), piano music. Surprise on us, no piano player! no on her toes waitress! Instead we were treated to a long wait for service, a long wait for our meals once the surly waitress (reluctantly it seemed) showed to take our orders, and no check back to see if we would like a) drink refills, b) coffee, c) dessert. Our banquette seating was torn and there were trash and crumbs under foot from a previous seating. What had been a fun and friendly holiday tradition, much anticipate each year, was a decidedly less than pleasant evening.
