Forgotten at dirty table (waited 10 minutes)during less busy time, cold vegies, over cooked chicken. Server okay not real ambitious or friendly. Very, very unfriendly Retail Manager.
Never asked how my meal was, never said thank you, never looked at me at register appears to have a poor attitude. Steady customer for years, in every two weeks, customer service getting worse, every time for a while now,going across the street now to the competition.

The best service I have ever had at any Bob Evans Restaurant. The servers were polite and very fast. The previous reviewer should have went to "M" if she wanted fine dining. Bob Evans is a family restaurant.

The best service I have ever had at any Bob Evans Restaurant. The servers were polite and very fast. The previous reviewer should have went to "M" if she wanted fine dining. Bob Evans is a family restaurant.
We recently ate breakfast here and were very disappointed. After sending the half-cooked home fries back, the waitress returned with yet another order of half-cooked potatoes. When we complained...again...she did take the potatoes off the bill. By that time, our dining experience had been ruined. We'll never eat here again.
