Little Pebbles Academy in Tulsa Ok, owned, & opperated by Norma Powers, has eaten here & from what I can tell you, it's one of the quietest, friendliest places I've eaten & believe me I've tried many in & around Oklahoma. The food was served hot & tasted like food should. As with any restaurant, one can usually see what the food is like by walking in & Black Gold was very clean & smelled appealing to the taste. I reccomend this as a "one of the best" I've been to.
