Bistro 1491

At Bistro 1491, a casual dining, contemporary American restaurant located in the heart of the Bay Area, we take full advantage of the fresh, quality, and organic ingredients that surround us. We offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus that are comforting yet with a touch of inspiration. The concept of our menu is simply unpretentious food using only the freshest and the highest quality ingredients. Our chef worked in the Five-Star restaurant, White Orchid, award winning restaurant, Romanza, and the Duck Club at the Lafayette Park Hotel. Our sous chef worked for about 10 years at the City Center Grill located in the Marriott Hotel and has over 25 years of experience cooking American Cuisines. Our model here at Bistro 1491 is "Extravagant Food at a Causal Price!"
