I am a sales rep in the area & decided to use Bel Vedere to cater a lunch. I deal with MANY caterers in the area & never was quoted the amount I got from the owner Michael but I decided to still continue to use them even though it was expensive. The lunch was dropped off in boxes & left there not set up, no serving utensils were left, the linguine with clams were grindy, and the food was not that great considering I spent $480 bucks to feed 15 people. As a helpful customer, I decided to call Michael & give him some feedback on the experience I had. I would think that ANY business man would be interested to improve & wants to make sure that the product he puts out is 100% all the time. When I called Michael to explain what had happened, he had an excuse for everything. He continued to yell as me, the customer & said that I was wrong & his food is the best. He acted like a child & ended the conversation by hanging up on me. HE TREATS HIS CUSTOMERS WITH NO RESPECT & HAS NO CLASS! I was completely appalled at his behavior & the experience I had. The food is WAY too expensive & not worth it. I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.

Loved the time I had at Viscontis! Took the kids out for dinner and bowling right after.. Great pizza, great location.. and so close to home! Deff got 2 try it!! :-)
