Bayona is the quintessential New Orleans restaurant. Susan Spicer is the talented chef of this French Quarter restaurant. Her food preparation is imagitive,but refined. She uses local ingredients to a great extent and makes magic with them. I think it is the best dining experience in New Orleans and one of the best anywhere.
