the meal was burnt it was not a free one as the birthday dinner was,that was unedible in itself awful tasting,we were all served at separate times? no management around at all waitress busy talking in the kitchen they never offered even when we told her it was rotten finally after waiting 40 minutes to see manager we paid but technically never should have all bad what kind of food and customer service is this they won't be around much longer i am sure unless they keep $5 margaritas going for income chips aren't fresh or salted they have deminished in the years for sure

If you're looking for the average "Mexican" restaurant (to use the term lightly), with the Americanized fried fried fried, greasy, and overloaded with cheese and sour cream, food you've found your place.
I am shocked to know that we have even a single Banditos open in Fort Wayne.
The service I've had (dragged there with the occasional Birthday party) has matched the food. Here is an example: I got my dinner- it was cold, and tasted terrible. I reported this to our waitress (which took us 10 minutes to do as she was nowhere to be found). Her solution? "Oh, I'm sorry." She offered to bring me a box! Was it going to taste better at home? It sure would have been warmer! Then, the waitress simply disappeared! We had to go to the front and get the hostess to track down our bill. I tipped the hostess, as she did more work than the wait staff! My poor boyfriend sat through most of his meal with an empty soda glass.

I will never willingly go into another Banditos again. It is an insult to AUTHENTIC Mexican Restaurants. Please, if you're looking for good food and great service, do NOT choose this restaurant!

Bandidos is a pretty good dining place.
