Diner reviews of Bagel Basket Inc
A diner from Wilmington, NC

the bagels are pretty tastey....I just have to remove some of the eight pounds of cream cheese they pile on the bagel.....this place is pretty cool for the college-age and young adult age folks, just not somewhere I'd take small children.

Ahhhh nothing like a good bagel and a cup of coffee, except at this bagel shop. I am surprised that this shop is even still open. The bagels are acceptable..not the best. But the worse customer service I have ever seen in any shop. No manners no greeting, no comment at all. They seemed actually upset that I came in to purchase a bagel with butter and another 1 /2 dozen to go. One worker even kept staring me down as if he was ready to attack me for some reason. And of course the place is dirty as well.
Stay away if you really like a clean environment and a friendly face.

Staff is very unfriendly and not accomodating. I have been doing business with them for over 10 years and I will be searching for another place to buy bagels in the morning. I am very unsatisfied.

Josh the manager on duty was the worse manger I had ever seen. If he is a reflection of the upper managment I understand why this store has so many problems.
