This is the holy grail of Bar B-Q. Excellent smoke--the ribs can be eaten without any sauce but don't miss either the mild or the hot. The cobblers are homemade and better than grandma's. Portions are generous, so come hungry. We make the 70 mile pilgrimage at least spring and fall every year and visit the Tall Grass Prairie after eating ourselves silly.
